This requires the city should have good roads for the transportation to all the areas of the city.
b) The city should have such a placement of the houses so that the people living the houses should have an easy access to the various important places like the hospitals the schools the markets etc. so the developers should develop these places throughout the city. So that the people living in any part of ht city can access them.
c) In addition to this, they should plan the sity so that there is no accumulation of people in a sing le region of the city. If this happens it will causes many problems. Some these may be the environmental problems the overloading of the resources of the location. Because of this, the city can prevent the shortage of the resources, for example the traffic congestion because of the shortage of the roads.
d) If a particular city has some historic heritage then the heritages sites, then the city planers should preserve them while the new developments go on in the city.
e) The city planners should also consider the environmental aspects while the planning of the city.
f) And lastly the city should look descent and beautiful. The city dwellers and the visitors should have a good feel about the city.
